Managing Agents/Property Managers of California Homeowner Association Require License by Federal Agency

California homeowners associations have billions of dollars at stake. The role of the property manager/managing agent hired by homeowner associations advise/talk with board members in their decision making process, including in executive session, and also oversee monies held by the association. California homeowners deserve further transparency and these individuals need to be held to a higher standard outside of their own trade associations (which trade associations are lobbying firms that involve themselves in laws affecting associations in Sacramento). Californians demand federal oversight of the managing agent/property manager!!! Let the conversation begin!
