Call for a “Medical Rights Act” to ensure all citizens have access to all medical procedures and drug therapies.

No government, federal, state or local, shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges, rights, or immunities of citizens of the United States, nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the Constitution of the United States.

Doctor recommended medical procedures and therapies should be available to patients without government interference.
