Call an African National Congress to Petition on behalf of Africans Americans for a Homeland and Indigenous Rights

Call for the creation of an African American National Congress to Petition the Government of these United States for the creation of an Autonomous Independent African National Homeland within the Continental United States, to support United Nations recognition of an African Homeland, and restoration of Indigenous rights of African Americans outside the U.S. Constitution. And request that the United States government return all taxes derived from tariffs and excises paid by slave labor, and income taxes charged to all African Americans while living under Jim Crow.
