In light of the majority of states presently being described in petitions to secede from the United States, the States and Congress of The United States shall call for a Constitutional Convention to de-certify the present US Government.
As the present Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of the US Government have shown no ability to work solely for the collective best interests of the people of this nation, by design or inability, the people of this nation, through the representation of their respective state of residence, shall be provided the guarantees provided under the US Constitution by calling for a 3/4's majority vote of those states to de-certify the present US Government and replace it with a form of government representation that shall be decided upon by those states.
