Call for an Amendment to Article One, Section 4 of the U.S Constitution in Attention to Campaign Finance!

(a) No Person who shall pursue an Office in the Congress or the Presidency shall accept a financial contribution, directly or indirectly, exceeding $500,000 or in rare metals of the same Value, every six Months of a Year from a domestic individual, or domestic association as defined in subsection B. There shall be no contributions, directly or indirectly, from a foreign individual or foreign entity consisting of an (b) association of individuals having a continuous existence independent of the existences of its members, and powers and liabilities distinct from those of its members. (c) If violated, the Person shall be denied from being elected in such Office and shall pay a fine of $100,000, or in rare metals of the same Value, as a forced condolence for the Integrity of our Elections.
