We the citizens of the United States ask you as Commander-in-Chief of the United States Armed Forces authorized by Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution to sign an executive order calling any and all owners of an Assault Weapon to service of the United States Military under the Second Amendment's Militia Clause.
