Sorry, my English is poor,but when I see this news in China I think I should help this Chinese friend.Even if you might laugh at me,I also want to do it.He is not only a chinese but also a American police,and his mistakes are also unexpected.It is not his mean .Compare with other American police ,If you accuse him of this accident it seems like you are a joker ,because everybody including foreigners knows your country can sacrifice a people who even makes contributions for you to cover your own mistakes.If you kill him,you are supposed to know how awful you will be. I wish you could forgive this sad accident.
