After the Bastille Day Islamic terrorist attack carried out by ISIS, it is apparent that as long as there are vehicles on the road, no one is safe. It is clear that motor vehicles are more dangerous than semi-automatic firearms, and should be banned for civilian use immediately, lest our enemies begin using these horrifying, apocalyptic war machines against Americans en masse.
It is the responsibility of the United States government to keep its people safe. A new, secret force should be created to enforce the new ban and any other acts that the government sees fit. The name should be the General Environmental Safety Tribunal of American Police Officials (of course an abbreviation should be used for simplicity). Those found non-compliant shall be sent to Guantanamo Bay as enemy combatants.
