Call for the complete resignation of congress and instigate a recall election for a new congressional body.

Congress needs to be asked to resign or be fired. In a real job, if things don't get done the parties responsible are replaced. If congress is so divided that they can't get their job done they need to be replaced with people who can. I think it is clear that the members in congress now are incapable of doing their job. An immediate recall election needs to be organized allowing each state to choose new members of congress and does not allow for reelection of the current congressional member. The president will not be allowed to have a voice in the selection of the new congress. It will be selected by the voice of the people, not by the voice of the current government who by inaction made it clear they are incapable.
