This violates the freedom of speech/press clause in the first ammendment, and not only means to scrub away opposition to a controlable idealized agenda, but also leads to a break down of the very first ammendment right. This is a very slippery slope towards censorship, and towards the downfall of liberty, and social justice.
This is a move that very well will cause the internet to become a trap for anything against a hidden policy or agenda. It not only does that it opens up our privacy as citizens to a peaceful, in the pursuit of life, liberty, and justice.
This could be the very downfall to freedom of speech, and destroy our nations freedoms at their most crucial time, before an election, and from there on.
