Since the President under Article II, Section 3 of the US Constitution is allowed to call special Sessions of Congress in times of emergency we Petiton him to use this power to keep Congress working until there is a budget bill on his desk ready to be signed. There should be no Christmas break while there is so much work left to be done. The members of Congress have collected enough of tax payers money without doing their jobs so they don't Deserve a Christmas Break.
