There are serious problems: job creation, the border crisis etc.. facing our nation and Congress is about to embark on a 5 week vacation to campaign. The 113th Congress is literally the least productive congress in American history. President Obama is well within his rights as stated in Article 2 Clause 3 of the Constitution to call congress back into session in extraordinary circumstances. These are extraordinary circumstances Mr. President. Call Speaker Boehner and Majority Leader Reid and instruct them to call back their members to capitol hill as, President Truman did with the "Do nothing Congress" of 1948, and force them to get to work and do what they are paid 6 figures to do...LEGISLATE!
