Call on congress to block unilateral appointment of supreme court justice.

It has recently been petitioned for Mr. Obama to bypass congress by unilaterally appointing a supreme court justice. Unilateral appointments defeat the purpose of checks and balances. It is congresses right to advise and consent on these appointments. We the people need to stand and hold accountable the upholding of our constitution by those we have elected.Checks and balances have been put into place for a reason, and we have to protect the policies put into place by our forefathers. We need a minimum of 100,000 signatures to been seen and heard please pass on to all you know.
