Millions of children (and adults) spend that ghoulish evening trick-or-treating, partying, and having an overall spooktacular time late into the night. The problem is having to wake up the next morning for school and work when it's not a weekend. Think of the lost productivity at workplaces and more importantly (and more impactful) the millions of children who are groggy and/or still in a candy-induced coma at school not learning a thing making the entire school day a waste for the children, faculty, and staff.
