The last that the United States declared war was on June 5th, 1942 on Hungary, Bulgaria , and Romania , it is time to declare war on ISIS. What the Axis Powers and ISIS have in common is their ultimate ambitions of Conquering or great nation and Strike Terror into the hearts of Americans. Also with Today's attack in France, Article 5 of NATO which states "An attack on one of us is an attack on all of us" should be implemented as France is in NATO along with the U.K, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Italy, Poland, Canada, The U.S.A, and various other European nations. As President Obama says about gun violence "Enough is Enough", Enough is Enough and we should fight ISIS before their Despicable attacks reach the United States, Thank You.
