We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

A Call to Congress; Impeach Hillary Clinton by Disqualifying Her from Running for Future Office Constitutionally

Created by F.R. on October 03, 2016

Impeachment isn't just removing an elected official from public office. Constitutionally impeachment IS NOT LIMITED TO REMOVAL OF POWER but includes DISQUALIFICATION FROM FUTURE OFFICE. Thus, the proceeding against Clinton would not be a presidential impeachment; it would be an impeachment based on her abuses of power as secretary of state, which would have the constitutional effect of disqualifying her for the presidency. The Constitution does not say you must hold public office to be impeached. The point of impeachment is to deny power to any person - not always a current office holder - whose high crimes and misdemeanors have demonstrated unfitness for a high public trust. Use the power enumerated in the Constitution to impeach Hillary Clinton, and voice the will of the American people
