call on congress to pass a law banning continuing resolutions and requiring a budget be passed in order to spend.

Created by J.O. on January 10, 2013

It is embarrassing that our elected officials are unable to pass a budget to fund the government. Congress should not be allowed to defer making decisions just because they are unwilling to do their jobs and make a deal. The instability surrounding the budget process is a threat to the economy and the reputation of the United States. The president must urge congress to pass a law that bans continuing resolutions and requires that a budget be signed into law in order for the government to spend.
