Call on Congress to provide funding to create after school programs, centered on creative arts

So many kids these days don't have access to extracurricular activities outside of school hours and in bad neighborhoods, this can leave them susceptible to engage in dangerous or illegal activities. What should Congress do about this? I am calling on Congress to provide the funding necessary to give all kids access to an after school program that allows them to explore new interests such as music, painting, writing, and many other creative things that may end up help a kid find their calling in life. Granted, this can not solve 100% of the problems going on in our neighborhoods today. But it can give kids a whole new opportunity, a chance to break the cycle of their friends or family members before them. If Congress were to act on this, every kid would have free access to live better
