Call On Congress To Regulate Military Based A.I. Systems And RIFD Technology.

I personally believe on behalf of the growing risk of cyber security in this modern day and age that is important to put forth laws and regulations on certain technology's in the name of Safety, Security, and Privacy. The regulation calls for that no computer based AI system is to be connected to any Nuclear, Biological, Chemical, or Electromagnetic Weapons and instead be controlled manually and or mechanically. This petition also calls for in the name of privacy that rifd technology be regulated. rifd chips pose a threat to safety and privacy. The regulation calls for that no rifd chip will be allowed to be surgically implanted or be placed in a prosthetic limb.
