WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION ASK CONGRESS TO REPEAL THE ACA OF 2009 IN ITS ENTIRETY and pursue new, well-thought out, bi-partisan legislation to bring affordable health care to the American people. The Executive Branch of government lacks the legal authority to delay or cancel provisions of the Affordable Healthcare Act (ACA, aka Obamacare) passed by Congress in 2009. Efforts to do so are tantamount to a line item veto, a power that has been repeatedly refused to the Executive. Implementation of the ACA has done severe damage to the American people. President Obama and many members of Congress have stated that the current ACA is unworkable. Continued implementation the ACA will cause increased harm.
