We petition the supreme court to revise key laws and regulations regarding parental rights, visitation, child support and other parental disputes in a system that seems to be biased against males. We call on congress to recognize the importance of gender equality in the workplace, society and child care that renders our current approach on the issues obsolete. We believe that men have an intrinsic disadvantage when it comes to, and decisions regarding, child bearing that prompts disputes between the two parties ultimately impacting court determinations. Men should be granted a more level playing field in custody battles, how child support allowance is determined, visitation as well as other key issues that will allow us equal authority over our children and eliminate unfair payouts.
