America must find solutions to the repeated killing of Black Men and Women at the hands of Law Enforcement Officers in America. It has become an national epidemic and it seems that it's getting worst. We need guidelines that not only protect the lives of authorities, but that will also protect the lives of the victims who are dying at the hands of law enforcement officers.
