call for a congressional inquiry on the passing of the Texan Anti-Abortian bill

Create a Congressional Inquiry to determine whether the passing of the bill limiting abortions near the midnight of June 25/26 was or was not legal. The legality of this passing was called into dispute mere minutes after the vote was taken; the US Congress should impartially determine whether the bill was passed legally according to state law. Texas' state legislature cannot be trusted to remain impartial, but the National Congress can.
