call a Constitutional Convention in 2013

To address concerns regarding the current Government of these United States as established in the Constitution of the United States activated in 1789 and its Amendments since that date, we request that the Administration convene a Constitutional Convention in Washington, DC, on July 4, 2013. Each State, District, and Territory shall be allowed up to three delegates selected by majority popular vote of its electorate. Specific duties of said Convention Delegates are to add and/or remove and/or rearrange and/or replace and/or maintain current existence of any aspect of the structure, operation, and powers of the Government in accordance with the will of The People as ultimately determined by ratification of the Revised Constitution arrived at by this Convention.
