Call for a constitutional convention to amend the U.S. Constitution in order to clearly state original intent.

There is a need for the Constitution to be clearly defined by the people after years of "evolution" by the court system. Obamacare, state rights, the Fed and a host of other topics could be addressed in this manner without the influence of D.C. or the Courts.
