Chuck Berry is an American cultural icon, and one of the architects of Rock & Roll. Born October 18, 1926 in St. Louis, MO, Mr. Berry's contributions to American pop culture cannot be understated. On this, his 90th Birthday, we ask Congress to formally acknowledge Mr. Berry with a national day of observance. Rock & Roll is an American art form, which would not have been the same without him.
