Call for a Deep Audit of all Government Agencies who distribute monies and make purchases for the Government.

All Government Departments who are in charge of distributing benefits whether it be money or food stamps should have a deep audit. Any Department that awards Government Contracts or Grants should have a deep audit. Strict Guidelines for what Grant monies are issued for. Any Government Department that purchases for the Government should have deep Audit. All departments who distribute monies and/or benefits should verify the eligibility and existence of any receipients receiving such monies and/or benefits. This includes, but not limited to, GSA, Welfare, Social Security and IRS. Voter Registration verification to prevent 1.8 million or more deceased people from voting and/or receiving Government benefits. Stronger action against Medicare and Medicad fraud by doctors and hospitals.
