All departments who distribute monies and/or benefits should verify the eligibility and existence of any receipients receiving such monies and/or benefits. This includes, but not limited to, GSA, Welfare, Social Security and IRS. Voter Registration verification to prevent 1.8 million or more deceased people from voting and/or receiving Government benefits. Stronger action against Medicare and Medicad fraud by doctors and hospitals.
