Currently, an American city is under occupation and siege by a military force - the local and county police departments in Ferguson, MO. The police force has suspended civil liberties and the US Constitution. The police force is heavily armed and using military style weapons against those same citizens they have sworn to protect. The police response is a reaction to citizens demanding answers to the police shooting of an unarmed 18 year old teenager. The Obama Administration must use the Federal Government, Department of Justice and FBI must investigate the shooting of Michael Brown. They must also take over, and put under monitorship, the police departments of Ferguson and St Louis County. Further, the President must call for the demilitarization of all police forces across the nation.
