Consumers and gamers have been left holding the bag after EA Games' SimCity 2013 suffered the worst ever launch in the history of PC gaming. Millions of paying customers have been swindled into paying for a defective and nonfunctional product that robbed them of their hard earned money and offered them nothing but heartache, frustration and disappointment. We the people come together to say enough is enough. This disaster has proven that Always-On DRM only punishes law abiding paying customers and that it has absolutely no place in today's gaming industry or in a modern civilized society. We call upon President Obama to compel EA Games to implement some common sense solutions to insure this tragedy never happens again and to force EA to make SimCity available for offline play.
