This petition asks President Obama to use his executive authority to call for an immediate end to Winter 2014. The damage wrought by this merciless and endless winter has done untold damage to our economy and national psychological well being. Mr. President, please issue an executive order compelling Mother Nature to being Spring 2014 immediately and end this Hoth-like existence.
