Call on FBI Director Comey to resign immediately and initiate a PUBLIC investigation into his violation of The Hatch Act

The FBI sat on the knowledge of the emails on Huma Abedin's email for weeks, waiting until 11 days before the election to make public that they existed. There was no useful content in Comey's letter to Congress, and no resolution possible before the election, so Comey's action amounts to a nakedly partisan unsupported character assassination to help Trump win the election. Three current and former Attorneys General have said Comey should not have made this empty announcement. Comey will be forever tainted as not being impartial and doesn't have the support of the President or Attorney General. He should resign immediately and be PUBLICLY investigated for violation of The Hatch Act.
