Avonte Oquendo has went missing October 4, 2013. It is believed he is being held. Which by all definitions is kidnapping. Avonte is 14, Autistic, Non -Verbal and in extreme danger. Yet to date, NYPD has not brought in the FBI. The FBI is routinely brought in on missing child cases. We call for a special investigation and FBI presence NOW. Avonte went missing from his school, in Long Island City, NY. There are 70 plus camera's on the street he went missing on. Yet there has been no other visual, other than the one seeing him leaving the school unattended.
