This petition is a call for the government to put a stop to outrageous prices on houses and apartment rental fees. The continued climb in price for houses and apartments will not allow millennials and future generations a chance to own a home as the cost is not affordable. With less home ownership and more people being forced to rent the typical family model and suburban lifestyle will wither into non-existence. The home builders and property managers are the only people benefitting from the current prices and the lower and middle class are continuing to be slowed.
