Call a forum to perfect Formosan Autonomy; invoke "the Formosan Issue" to the Charter of the United Nations.

There is a wish to live in a home territory without fear; there is a will to pursue liberty without retreat; we ask the Congress to hold a forum with the Formosan people assembled to support the cause of human freedom. 2016 FORMOSA CALLING initiative aims to achieve a H.R. victory by bringing together the American people's commitment and the wish & will of the Formosan people. 70 years have passed since V-J Day, we must speed up a legal procedure to help the vulnerable right-holders (i.e., the assembled Formosan) to meet with the Principal duty-bearers. We believe that, in the case of Formosa, the non-self-governing people's passionate call to defend Formosa's inalienable rights must be answered by the Congress with the Federal Government assembled.
