We learned the Russian government successfully manipulated our 2016 presidential election. While members of Congress were aware of this effort, the American voters were not. Our democracy has been compromised and the integrity of our elections must be restored. The fairest way to restore trust in our elections is for a bipartisan group in Congress to call for a new Presidential vote.
