Call for a full investigation into NSA/CIA support of Israeli assassination of Palestinian suspect 1995/6 and coverup.

In the early 1990s I was an employee of the NSA. A project in my office was used in the 1995/1996 timeframe to assist Israel in the assassination of a suspected Palestinian terrorist who was thought to have made bombs. He was kiled by a cell phone bomb, a family member was supposedly used to verify it was him on the phone. (some reports say his father). NSA supplied a device that was developed by TRW in the early 1990s under contract to NSA R313/K512, to uniquely ID a specific cell phone based on its RF transmission profile. It was used to ensure that the target did not swap the SIM card to another physical phone. TRW spun out the technology to Corsair Communications who made cell phone clone fraud detection equipment and sold it to ATT. I know the engineer who managed the contract.
