The current Minister of Sports of the Dominican Republic has indicated he no longer wants the position suggesting current President of the Dominican Republic, Danilo Medina, should remove him from the post. Because admittedly being Minister of Sports in a third world country sounds like a joke job in your resume.
Therefore we the people request the US Government to call upon the Dominican Republic's government to instate citizen Felipe "El Jay" Payano as Minister of Sports, because of his credentials as a former Minister of Sports, his uncanny ability to take pictures (he has one with President Barack Obama, btw), and the dank memes that will follow.
Sure we cannot vauch for his actions as an actual Minister... But, would someone please think of the memes?
