This petition calls for both a Congressional hearing and a Justice Department review of the Tea Party Republicans, Supporters, and Senator Ted Cruz for the recent government shut down. The unconstitutional holding up of a vote that endangered not only the U.S. Economy, and clear risk of our national security through this threat tactic of changing a law that ha already upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court, is a violation of their oath to office, and a refusal of their oath of responsibility to govern in a way that both aids all citizens with economic stability and a functional government.
