Wayne LaPierre lied about the number and rate of firearms prosecutions in America in order to prop up his own stance before Congress. Such methods are the creation of dishonest discourse and a matter of manipulation of public policy and needs to be investigated and prosecuted as a matter of public safety and governmental integrity.
