We the people wish for any member of the Government to be forced into resignation should they attempt to introduce legislature which blatantly violates the constitution.
This includes Senators, Representatives, Governors, the President, Mayors, and Judges.
This is an attempt to reform the Government as it slowly but steadily bypasses amendment after amendment.
