House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) in their refusal to fulfill their duty under the Affordable Care Act to recommend members of a new board with the power to contain Medicare spending, are derelict in their elected duties and insubordinate. The Obama Administration should call for their immediate resignation for failure to uphold the privilege of their elected office and for intentionally and maliciously disrupting the operation of the Government of the United States of America.
