Veteran's Administration Secretary Eric Shinseki has overseen a VA system tha is fraught with waste, fraud, and abuse. Most recently it has been revealed that Secretary Shinseki's VA has created and maintained an underground system for creating veteran's appointments that allowed for the appearance of evaluations and treatment being rendered in a timely fashion, when in fact many veterans were waiting several months before being seen; if at all. Reports from the Phoenix VA alone suggest that as many as 40 veterans may have died, while waiting on these unauthorized waiting lists.
We request that you call for Secretary Shinseki's immediate resignation. In absence of that, we request you take immediate action to remove him involuntarily.
