According to Boston University, same-sex couples are equal to heterosexual couples in parenting ability that gauges various standards of healthy living for children. The judge made a decision which is a direct violation of the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution which describes no government entity, including a judicial decision, shall show favoritism toward or against any religion. This judicial decision which was not founded on scientific research was made on a personal discriminatory basis and should be overturned.
