Call to international authorities notify events struck as the right to vote during presidential elections prompted by the Venezuelan ruling party supporters.
As Venezuelan and like many Venezuelans express my displeasure with the events that occurred on April 14, 2013 requesting the support of the international authorities to perform manual counting of votes requested by the opposition candidate formally denied by the CNE (CNE) refusing to carry it outso clearly demonstrated by the party favoritism oficilista no matter what they do.
