On 12/21/09 I watched Diana J. Deidan deliberately empty a syringe of Poison (Fluoride) under my tongue almost killing me. A Forensic Pathologist's Affidavit confirms I was near fatally Poisoned, it was intentional not accidental and it took place in Dr. Deidans office during a dental procedure. A Board Certified Toxicology report confirms the same. The former Chief Psychiatric Consultant to the FBI stated he was 90% confident that Deidan had designed a complex murder. A professor of Assassination research & an Investigative Reporter both confirmed this was an attempt on my life in several articles. (3) Dentists, (2) Chemists formerly of the EPA , an Audio Expert, and a Forensic Linguist have all issued supporting letters and still I'm denied the right to file a criminal complaint.
