Investigate student loan lenders who illegally applied new rules to existing student loans, thereby breaching contracts by making changes to the terms and conditions without the borrowers consent or knowledge. Lenders also interfered with borrowers rights to file for discharge due to disability by refusing to process submitted requests in a fraudulent manner. Lenders used the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to place the government in the position of committing fraud in the enducement and entrapment by aplying the Brenner test to disabled persons who expected the Social Security Administration to pay the loans as a VR related expense, but later refused. Lenders terminated VR related deferment in arbitrary and caprecious manner. Lenders violating fair debt collection practices.
