This Convention would be in the pursuit of enabling constructive dialogue among local, state, federal, and social leaders in order to discuss issues surrounding race, policing tactics, and gun reform within the United States. This is not a Constitutional Convention; rather, one for the sole purpose of serving as a catalyst for a national conversation on these three pressing issues. The expected results of such a Convention would be to produce a non-binding plan of action within the areas aforementioned. This would be a unique Convention in that it would be the first within the U.S. to take place, an extraordinary statistic among a Western nation considering they're a great occurrence among the international community.
