This is a call to allow first time, non-violent felons the opportunity to have a real chance at a real life through forgiveness. Upon 8 years after conviction of not re-committing a felony, these felons should be granted full restoration of their birthright civil liberties and rights as Americans. Let's give the ones who deserve it the second chance to contribute back.
