Texans need healthcare. The poor and needy deserve the Medicaid expansion. This petition is for Gov Rick Perry to demand that he accept the Medicaid expansion offered under the Affordable Care Act. It is just wrong for the state of Texas which has the highest number of uninsured peoples in the United States to deny Texans health insurance. So sign this petition to let Gov Perry know that Texans lives are at stake. Let him know that we do not agree with his decision to not set up an insurance exchange in Texas. We say set up the Texas exchange now.
