Sen. Harry Reid promised that there would be significant filibuster reform. He said there would be no handshake deals. Instead he caved on filibuster reform and took a handshake deal from Sen. Mitch McConnell, who was smiling broadly at having overpowered Sen. Reid.
So we now have business as usual in the Senate for the next two years. This is unacceptable Sen. Reid. You promised filibuster reform and you caved. And you lied repeatedly to the American people and you should be ashamed of yourself for being a liar.
